This project involved the design and delivery of a high-end optician in central London for Adam Simmonds, creating a refined retail environment that balances display, privacy and client experience.

The brief was to develop a space that felt calm and carefully considered, moving away from a traditional retail model towards a more personal and tailored customer journey.

The interior is organised to guide clients naturally through the space, from open display areas into more private consultation rooms. Bespoke joinery was designed throughout, incorporating precision-crafted display cases that present eyewear as individual objects while maintaining a cohesive and understated aesthetic.

Materials and detailing were selected to create a sense of quiet luxury, allowing the products to take focus while ensuring the space feels welcoming and comfortable.

Private client areas are discreetly integrated within the layout, offering a more intimate setting for consultations and fittings, enhancing the overall experience.

The result is a contemporary retail environment that combines clarity, craftsmanship and a highly personalised client experience.
